Printing Issues

This web site uses a browser capability called "Frames" which means simply that the screen has been divided into convenient sections: the banner at the top, the menu to the left, and a main display area here. This sometimes creates problems when printing which are easily overcome.

Since browsers differ in their behaviors, it is difficult to give exact instructions. First, these problems do not appear to occur when using Netscape or Internet Explorer on a MAC. On PCs, the wrong frame sometimes is printed. So, assuming that a PC is in use with a multi-button mouse:

Place the mouse cursor over a white background area of a displayed menu and click the right mouse button.
A floating menu similar to that shown to the right will appear.

If there is a Print selection on that menu, use it to print the displayed All Occasion Catering menu. Otherwise, select the Open in a new window or similar entry and then print normally from the new window.

If you are using a browser that does not print properly using this method, additional help is available on the internet. In any common search engine, enter the keywords browser, frames, and print.
